I am working on a review of enforcement/compliance for the Greater
Cambridge Shared Planning Service and was looking to get some
benchmarking information together. I have created a Survey and
distributed it to some Councils I have worked with before. If you

Obviously, I would be looking to share the results in due course and
draw out any conclusions. Apart from the benchmarking we are writing
a new Enforcement Plan, improving back-office processes, and looking
to “improve the customer journey”, particularly through the website.
