CIL Governance - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

I’m looking at governance of CIL once adopted, i.e. how CIL income is prioritised; who decides what to spend CIL on; what officer/ member groups inform decisions; how is spend coordinated with wider Council capital programme.

I’m interested in existing experience. 

Is anyone willing to share, either on the forum or by direct message, how they do it?
