Our CRSS service accepts direct referrals through our NHS email address loth.grapevine@nhslothian.scot.nhs.uk specifically for people with respiratory conditions. We are working towards offering our home visiting service again this autumn.

Our main Grapevine Service offers a remote benefit form filling service by phone on online through the NearMe video conferencing platform and can be contacted through our helpline on 0131 475 2370.

Our specialist advisor Christele Gueffroy, would be happy to visit the teams to tell them a little bit more about our service and answer any questions they may have about how our service operates.
