I wanted to share a few quick thoughts on #OurDay yesterday. Did you know...? More than two thirds of online adults are connected to one or more social media platforms. Half of Facebook’s 30 million UK users log on every day. 70 per cent of businesses ignore complaints made via Twitter. It was great to see social media high on the agenda for day one of this year’s LGCommunications conference in Birmingham, which I attended on Tuesday.
