Historic England is running 4 training events on heritage in local plans. These are in
Lancaster - 6th December
Bristol - 17th January (currently fully booked, please ask to join the waiting list)
Ely - 7th February and
Leeds - 28th March
This course will include speakers from the Planning Inspectorate and Historic England, covering good practice in drafting heritage policies and site allocations in Local Plans, and how to address common problems. It will give delegates the chance to receive advice on specific queries, along with putting the expert advice in to practice through worked case study examples.
