Changes to threshold for taking contributions - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

Hello I have recently noticed that the NPPG paragraph regarding thresholds for taking Developer Contributions has changed . There is now only a threshold for taking contributions for affordable housing and not open space etc. I recall it had changed before the last amendment on September 1st . Can anyone advise when this change took place ? Thank you.
