SEA HRA for Supplementary Planning Documents - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

Is your local authority undertaking Habitats Regulations Assessments and SEA of Supplementary Planning Documents (in particular in relation to major sites  / sustainable urban expansions) when that site was already assessed as part of a recently adopted Local Plan, which was itself fully subject to SA (including SEA) and HRA (including Appropriate Assessment)?
