I would be interest to see any other authority's documentation or workflows if any of you are willing/able to share.
Attached is our basic overview process diagram I have produced as a starter for discussion in our review. You will see I have identified 3 phases of application lifecycle, my intention is to work on each phase separately with the teams to update/refine/etc.
Note we are a CPA, so do not have the volume of applications to make a separate validation resource viable; also we don't hold official planning registers, so need processes to send material to our districts for that purpose.
