Live/work units and CIL - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

How will CIL work with live/work units? One LPA live/work spec/requirement I have seen is: a 2-bed house plus mandatory slightly larger extra 'wing' with private entrance and separate toilet. Despite the separate entrances the two parts are likely to be part of the same construction. Will the work-section of such a building under 100 sq m be CIL liable?
