What requirements do authorities that have a Charging Schedule in effect have in place to request floorspace information i.e. Additional Info Form and full plans when validating applications that are likely to CIL liable? Have you put these requirements on a validation checklist? I note that there is a onus on applicants to supply this information under Part 5, Section 40 (9) of the CIL Regulations (2010) for thier own benefit but is there actually any way of making them do this if the requirements aren't on the validation checklist as I can see this becoming an lengthy process trying to get the info out of them!
