I would like to know how many of the local authorities that have recently been "awarded" with a New Growth Point have decide how they are going to handle them through their LDFs, especially if thier current (or in our case soon to be adopted RSS) doesnt mention them, and they are so new that perhaps work on LDF components to date, especially the Core Stratgey does not even have them on the radar.
