For the past 12 months the School of Real Estate & Planning at the University of Reading has been investigating the theory and application of Development Viability Appraisals. The ESRC funded project has explored two main themes: 1. the way in which viability models are constructed and 2. the application of the models to planning policy. This FREE event is an opportunity to discuss this research and questions such as 'How is Threshold Land Value handled? 'How are key stakeholders involved?' 'what models are being used and how do they vary?' and 'what are the key limitations of Development Viability Analysis'?
