Planning and e-learning - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

We at Learning Pool are thinking about creating a suite of e-learning modules to explain the current planning processes to officers and councillors, maybe even citizens. Does the forum feel there would be much demand for such a service? We would seek to partner with PAS (if they were open to such a suggestion) and maybe one of the niche market leaders in instructor-led Planning training. I would appreciate your views on this.
