Securing long term Woodland Management by Planning Condition

This is rather involved - basically we have some pig fattening pens (allowed on appeal) in a woodland covered by a TPO which is part of the estate of a Listed house whose garden/estate is on our local list of Historic gardens. The inspector imposed a condition requiring a "Woodland Management Plan" to be submitted and agreed. The Plan has been submitted and includes an element of grazing by animals within the woodland which our specialist advisers say is likely to be damaging to its ecological interest and to protected trees unless strictly controlled in perpetuity. We think simply discharging the condition will not secure this and a planning obligation may therefore be necessary to ensure the plan is reviewed after say five years and any revisions/corrective measures agreed with the Council.Have any authorities got experience of planning obligations relating to long term woodland management with built in review mechanisms for modifying the management plan if deemed to be necessary?
