It's been drawn to my attention that local authorities are still waiting to receive their allocations from the Housing and Planning Delivery Grant for 2009/10, three weeks before the year ends. I can't imagine this has helped cashflow at authorities which are already suffering from a drop-off in planning application fees. Has anyone noticed an effect in their planning department?
