Assessment on equalities as part of determining applications - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

Does any authority assess the impact of a proposed development on equalities (race, religion, disability etc) as a matter of course on all or most planning applications and include relevant commentary in their committee/delagation reports. If so do you have local guidance on this.
