We are currently thinking about starting an online discussion group centred on our Development Management service. The basic idea would be that users of the service, such as planning agents/architects/developers/members of the public/amenity groups etc could all register and then be able to start discussion topics and make contributions on any thing related to the DM service. We would want to have a moderation role, and respond where needed to specific questions/comments etc. Is there anyone out there who currently does this and has any advice to offer ?
