Hi, we use IDOX EDMS to publish our planning applications, our tech administrator left a few weeks after we installed the system and now we want to change some settings. IDOX want us to have a new (chargeable) training course to change these settings as apparently it is covered in the training and we should be able to do it ourselves. However the trainer never set it up as we would like at the time, so I doubt that we were ever shown. I am trying to see what other authorities' planning applications look like when using IDOX and hopefully find out how to set ours up from a helpful tech administrator. Our applications are just a long list of files with no discernable order. Thanks in anticipation.
