Sorry. A slightly mundane manager's question. If I were to ask you about your departmental annual leave commitments and rates of sickness what sort of numbers would you give me ? annual leave = %age sickness = average days per year per head? Or a pair of percentages ? Pair of days ? What is easiest for you to get out of your mgmt accounts ?
