Consideration of Neighbourhood Plans when creating a new local plan
Do you know if we would need to have regard to any ‘made’ neighbourhood plans in our district when we are working on our next local plan? Subsection 19 in the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 states that we must have regard to any other local development document which has been adopted by the authority and such other matters as the Secretary of State prescribes. Do you know if neighbourhood plans are included in ‘any other local development document’?
