Following a successful event at Cambridge Junction in 2016, MyCambridge Marketplace returns on Monday 25 September, 18:00 – 20:30, The Fitzwilliam Museum, Trumpington Street, Cambridge CB2 1RB (registration from 17.30, event begins at 18.00 prompt - light snacks and refreshments included) .

Hosted by MyCambridge, the event brings educators and the youth workers together with arts and cultural organisations and practitioners to explore what it means to support young people in constructing their own cultural lives.

Expect a programme of bite-sized presentations, networking and, promotional stalls that illustrate the opportunities available to children and young people and make the case for teaching creative skills for the benefit of school performance, personal wellbeing and future employability.

This is an ideal opportunity to make connections for new creative projects.

MyCambridge Marketplace takes place at The Fitzwilliam Museum. For more details and to book a delegate place, click here or email your queries to mycambridge@cambridge.gov.uk
