i am filling out a lawful development proposed use application on the planning portal, for the placement of a static home on family land. I have spoken to the council and understand the terms for the placement but am having difficulties with the supporting docs. It requests I upload 'evidence to verify application'. As this is for proposed use we do not have any legal documentation to verify the proposal so not sure what is required here? Potentially deeds of ownership for land? Any advice much appreciated.
Have asked council and and they suggest I check portal for adive with application. Vice versa with portal guidance and advise.
