Hi All
I applied for a front extension ( Not fronting highway) CLD on 07/04/2015 and commenced work by digging trench foundations before 13/04/2015 verified by LPA Building control.
I had sent block / site plans 1:1250 , 1:2500 & 1:200 with application.
LPA on 26/04/2015 writes to me application invalid as I should provide 1:500 block plan, I provided that by 29/04/2015.
Main question will the application be assessed under GPDO 1995 or GPDO 2015 ?
Any precedents or advice how my application will be assessed will be really appreciated
