CIL and amended permissions

CIL and amended permissions

Hi, we get a fair number of applications to amend CIL liable permissions, which of course are effectively a whole new permission.  In these circumstances we seek new Assumption of Liability and invite new Self -build exemption claims, etc, even if these have already been provided and accepted for the earlier permission(s).  As far as I can tell from the Regs there's no alternative, ie, accepting the forms for the first permission and using them on the subsequent permissions, but I'd be interested to know if anyone has found a different way of dealing with these cases.

Any Commencement Notice has to be specific to the actual permission being implemented.

Good Morning,

Here at TDBC we treat each application seperately and require paperwork for each application as you seem to be doing. I can't see from the Regs that there is any other way of doing it.

Thanks Rebecca, that's what I thought but I wanted to check that I hadn't missed something.
