Does anyone know if there is a minimum age for membership of a Neighbourhood Forum. I can't find anything in the regs and we have a potential Forum who are proposing a minimum age of 18. Would this be fair, in terms of being representative? I was going to suggest that 16 would be more suitable to try and engage younger people, although if this were the case I guess they wouldn't be allowed to vote in the referendum. Any thoughts welcome.
