Hand Car Wash and planning - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

Hello

Does anyone have any recent(ish) experience of hand car washes ?

The LGA are looking to put together something for councils on them - part of which should be about planning and use classes and the sort of controls / decisions required about them.
