New (ish) Prior notifications

Each of the new change of use Prior notification applications introduced earlier this year come with specific time periods for implementation indicated in the GPDO , however the 3 non-COU Prior notifications, for commerical filming (Schedule 2 Part 4 Class E), click and collect facilities (Part 7 Class C) and PVs on non-domestic buildings (Part 14 Class J) introduced do not specify a time period.  Is it likely to be the standard 3 years from the date of the decision? Where can i find it?

RE: New (ish) Prior notifications (Answer)

There is no time limit for implementation, but as with any PD, if the PD right is withdrawn in the future the works could not longer be carried out without planning permission.

So the right to implement would remain for as long as the PD right remains in place.
