Hi,

Does anyone have any examples of where they have made changes to their Regulaiton 123 List following the adoption of CIL? If so what prompted the changes? What process did you follow? Where you challenged on the changes?

Hi Brendon

We (Bristol) have made a change to ours. We added an additional infrastructure type (so not particularly contentious). We consulted (online only) for six weeks but restricted our consultation to agents, developers and landowners. We received only one response, which was in support.
