I'm having a minor brain freeze - can someone help ?

Applications for a minor material amendment can be made under s73 (it says so in the helpful table in the PPG) but can they be made in any other way ? I'm trying to understand whether I should account for them differently when summarising the sorts of work councils do.

Hi Richard, there is no other (legal!) way to make a minor material amendment. Effectively it's a planning application like any other but of course generally the assessment will be confined to a single issue.
