I am going out to tender for various pieces of Viability Assessment Work for our New Local Plan including:

  • Site Viability
  • Infrastructure Viability
  • Affordable Housing Viability Work
  • Plans Overall Viability
  • CIL - issues for and against

Do any local authorities have recent examples of consultants having done any of the above which they would recommend?
