Is there any best practice out there that you can point me to on how to engage most effectively with the Local Plan general consultation bodies, particularly categories (b)(racial, ethnic or national groups) and (c)(religious groups) and (d) (disabled persons groups) set out in the Regs?
Also, is there a minumum amount of engagement and/or a minimum number of groups under each category that an Inspector will be looking for, as evidence of genuine and effective engagement?
And finally, are there any PAS resources on this that I haven't found?
With the exception of Gypsies and Travellers and disabled people, our efforts to engage these groups last time round was unsuccessful.
