Enthusiast Posts: 61 Join Date: 19/10/11 Recent PostsIs anybody issuing only Demand Notices from their S106 database and have stopped raising invoices from their finance system for these? We are looking at stopping invoicing for S106 contributions and just using the Demand Notices (similar to those that we use for our CIL). If you are doing this I would be really grateful for a very brief outline of how you manage the payment in your finance system once it is paid. Are the contributions going into a pot and then being transferred across to the relevant department, for example? Many thanks for what you can share. Kind regards, John
