Free go (application)

Free go (application)

A quick question. We withdrew a householder app and submitted foe a LDC. The application registraion clerk says the LDC can not be submitted free of charge on the back of a planning application.

Can anyone confirm if this is correct or incorrect?

RE: Free go (application) (Answer)

My reading of the fee regulations is that the free go provisions do not relate to LDCs I'm afraid. You could submit another planning application instead, and that would be free (subject to the exclusions about not having had a previous free go).

The registration clerk is correct i am afraid, an LDC is not the same as a Planning application therefore it does not follow that it is a ( broadly ) similar application as the first one.

Great thank you.

I had a good look 2 T&C planning fees for application deemed application requests for site visits England regulations 2012. The clerk is definately correct.
