IMPACT of s106 pooling limitation - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

Can send me examples of where pooling limitation is standing in the way of delivery of housing – council refusal, refusal on appeal , delay to try and overcome (find a work around) any examples v much appreciated and I really need asap.
