How many members of the public should be allowed to present their objection to a Planning Panel.

If the numbers are restricted and many more apply to speak should it be those who first requested to speak be allowed.

The above does not include Town and Parish Councillors, Ward Councillors or County Councillors or other consultees who will also be allowed to speak and a strict time is enforced for each speaker.
