I am new to the group so please excuse any errors.
We have purchased a building plot in Ceredigion and are in the
process of gaining planning permission. The way we understood the
section 106 was that the planners would request a sum of money to be
paid if we were to sell the finished bungalow within 5 years of moving
in, our Architect tells us that the section 106 document is now being
produced but the 5 years will not be in it and it will run until we
sell the property at any time in the future.
Can anyone tell me if there is a legal length of time for this, what
sum we can expect to be asked for and if these are negotiable.
