Amending designated neighbourhood area boundaries - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

The boundary of a parish has recently changed in the borough, removing an area of land from the parish which already has a designated neighbourhood area. I am trying to find out the process for changing the neighbourhood area boundary. I can't seem to find anything in the regulations that addresses this? Should I just follow the process as if it was a new Neighbourhood Area application?
