Infrastructure funding statements - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

At Devon County Council we are planning on how we meet the new requirement to produce an annual infrastructure funding statement for County responsibilities. There are various practical questions which remain after reading the relevant part of the PPG. Does anyone know when further guidance is to be published? Thanks!
