Hi,
I have an application that is a self build extension. Relief has been
given for the extension (size 103sqM) when the application was
approved in Jan 2019. Since the commencement of the extension an
additional porch area has been added, making the total now 107sqM. The
new porch will be under a s73 application.
In the CIL calculation for the s73, is the chargeable amount the
difference between the original relief and the new total extended
area? (difference being 4sqM). Is the applicant only required to pay
for CIL charge of the additional 4sqM?
