Can anyone clarify what use class a nail bar is, its not part of a hairdressers, but sole use is nail bar. We have varying opinions from A2/A1 to sui generis. Thankyou.
The Leaf Coppin Gazetteer gives a beauty parlour or nail salon an A2 classification. We previosuly took the view they were Sui Generis but have now concluded that A2 makes sense. This also means that a change of use to beauty parlour or nail salon is often a permitted change which offers some more flexibility in respect of high street uses.
