Affordable Housing thresholds and percentages - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

I have a colleague who is doing some research into what levels of AH are being sought by other authorities. It is mainly about the threshold at which Ah is sought.

If it's not too much trouble, if anyone could quickly respond to this thread setting out your authority name, the threshold at which you seek Affordable housing and the percentage you seek it would be greatly appreciated :

I'll start with mine :

Derby City - maximum of 30% on sites of 15 dwellings or more (adopted in 2017).
