Can LPAs 'finally dispose of' an application Listed Building Consent?

Article 40 of the General Development Procedure Order 2015 allows LPAs to finally disposed of planning applications when the period for determination and appeal has expired, and no decision has been made.

There is an appeal deadline for Listed Building Consent applications of 6 months, but I can't find any similar requirement to maintain a register, or mechanism to dispose of old applications that have not been progressed for a old period.

Are there any LPAs that have followed the 'finally disposed of' route to cleanse historic records of LBC applications?
