DM Procedures Manual - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

Someone asked me the other day for a view on their DM procedures manual. My first thought was to argue against needing one at all - but I wonder if anyone has got a manual that they think is good that they'll share ? My knowledge is a bit out of date now.
