Query on Neighbourhood Planning Regulations

I have a query about the regulations for Neighbourhood Planning, specifically to do with the period between deciding that a NP should go to referendum and holding the referendum.  I seem to recall a time limit being introduced for this period of 8 weeks.  Following on from the new regulations that came out in October I am trying to identify all the steps where a time period is specified and I can’t find anything in the regulations about this decision to referendum step, but the Planning Practice Guidance that has recently been updated, suggests that there is a time limit in this paragraph –

If there is a time limit for this step can anyone identify where in the regulations it is covered?

Thanks very much.  I was sure I wasn't imagining it but could find anything in any of the non-referendum regs.
