CIL PAYMENTS AND COVID-19 - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

Hi All, 

I have already this week received two requests from developers to postpone their CIL payments as they are unable to keep working on their developments. I am aware that the government have given the go ahead for construction sites to stay open but obviously some developers are going to make their own choice to close developments for the safety and wellbeing of their staff.

Has anyone else received such requests and how do you feel these requests should be addressed?
