Hi there,
I am new to the forum..looking for some advice in regards to a project I started to research for. I've done a few flips for the last few years and now looking for a house with a spare 1/10 acre of garden on a corner of a street to split into two plots, refurb and keep the house and get planning for a small 2-3bed townhouse on the spare piece of garden. Has anyone done that before, I guess the supply of services is trickiest part of the planning & execution? Also, how can I objectively budget this? I’m sizing in all the possible challenges and would be grateful if I’d get some direction in regards to what should I be aware on the top of the list.
If any of you has got experience with this, I’d be happy to chat over a coffee but the forum works too.
