Planning Permission for a fixed point street trading site - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

Hello

Could anyone steer me on whether planning permission is required for a change of use of land for a fixed street trading site?  The vehicle would not be permanently sited on the land and would be removed at the end of the day?
