it all depends on you long term goals and whether its being lived in.  At any time in the future it could be considered as a   studio with no accomodation rights.  The low risk solution is to buy a mobile home and put it on the site to preserve the lawful development certificate. If you don't have a complinet mobile home on the site you could effectively lose the lawful development certificate unless the mobile home is in you cuertalge and you are happy not to rent it out.
