Name and address of commenters for planning applications - Public forum - Planning Advisory Service (PAS)

I have been asked a question regarding the above, i.e. should the name and address of commenters for planning applications appear on the Council's website or not.

I have done some research on this and found a number of entries relating to GDPR and commenter's details.  This seems to be a bit of a grey area.  My initial thoughts are that this information should be redacted (and not appear on the website) and wouldn't be revealed under a FOI/EIR request.

I just wanted to get an understanding on what other Local Authorities do with this information.
