Hi – I am
interested in hearing from other authorities on what
systems/programs they use to carry out housing monitoring.
We have used an
in-house system for the last 15+ years. It was specifically
designed to monitor housing supply and completions, but also
allowed us to enter information on individual plots, such as
whether it was affordable, greenfield/pdl, how many rooms the
dwelling on it would have etc. It’s served well but has now
developed too many bugs to fix. Does anyone out there use, or
know or any systems or programs that can monitor housing supply
and completions in a similar way?
